KLYRA accumulates ARGUS and RAT on Arc, pairs them with USDC as permanent liquidity, and farms $ARC with it. Sell your bag to the vault, or borrow against it and keep the upside.
Four steps, on a loop.
Engine one
2.1% on every KLY buy, 2.1% on every sell. Not a unit of it reaches a team wallet. It market-buys the tokens the DAO holds, split by their market cap.
On 1,000 USDC of KLY volume: 21 USDC of fees, every unit spent buying the index: . Bigger token, bigger share, recalculated every epoch.
Volume is a real engine but not a promise: no volume, no buying. Bonding and treasury operations are exempt, otherwise the protocol would tax itself.
Engine two
A bond is a swap with a bonus, and the only way new KLY is ever created.
Any amount, straight from your wallet.
Released in a steady drip over five days, not instantly.
Because it keeps what you hand over forever instead of renting liquidity for a week. The bonus is the price of owning something permanently.
So nobody can take the bonus and dump it in the same block. You are paid for patience, not for speed.
The price can move against you during those five days. The bonus is only worth taking if you wanted to hold KLY anyway.
Engine three
Bonding is permanent: you hand the token over and it is gone. A loan is the other door. Pledge the same token, take USDC out, keep every bit of the upside, pay it back whenever you like.
Your position is liquidated only if the collateral falls 38% from here, and the interest you pay goes into the same split as everything else the vault earns.
A normal lender dumps your collateral on the market and craters the token. KLYRA keeps it: liquidated collateral is exactly what the treasury was trying to buy anyway.
Interest accrues per block. Repay tomorrow or in two years, partially or in full. Nothing is called in as long as the ratio holds.
Interest arrives in the unit the vault reports in, and flows into the same three-way split as the farm income.
You get more KLY than you handed over, released over five days. Permanent, no way back.
You get USDC now and your token back when you repay. You keep the upside, you carry the risk.
The point
Be honest about the assets: ARGUS and RAT do not pay a dividend. Held in a wallet they produce nothing at all. The return has to come from what you do with them, and on a young chain there is one thing worth doing.
Every token the treasury takes in gets paired with USDC and deployed as a liquidity position on Arc.
The DAO never withdraws. That liquidity is permanent, which is exactly the kind a chain pays to attract.
Those positions earn trading fees and, while the programme runs, ARC incentives. That is the yield.
One rule. Move it and see the trade-off.
A model, not a forecast. You picked the rate, and nothing is live yet. Incentive programmes end: if ARC stops paying, the trading fees remain, the positions stay, and the tax keeps buying.
Pick yours.
Both live on Arc. KLYRA is a holder, not a spokesperson, so read their own pages.

Both are paired against USDC, which is the unit the treasury reports in. Weights are a proposal until the first vote.
Folded away. Open what you care about. These are proposed parameters, not live settings.
Only created in exchange for something the treasury keeps. No seed round.
Phase 0 has not shipped. Nothing before it exists.
